shortcut Ctrl+Shift+S for the Select tool in the drawing area overrides the shortcut for File->Save All. In this case,
when the drawing area is active Ctrl+Shift+S cannot be used to do Save All.

Suggested change to use Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S
