In Tools / Options, the dialog box grows taller every time a new tab ("General", "Editor", etc.) is selected.

what build? Screenshot? -> INCOMPLETE

seems as duplicate of 139954
Could you provide requested info or close as duplicate of the issue 139954, please
thank you

Tested with 6.5M1 and Build 200807311401
It doesn't seem to be a duplicate of 139954, but maybe I'm missing it.
I'm attaching screenshots -- As I click back and forth between "General" and "Editor", the dialog box grows taller.

Does it happen if you start recent build of NetBeans with empty userdir? Does it happen if you are switching between
other tabs than General and Editor?
Comment 8 tonyalderman 2008-08-01 08:34:43 UTC
Yes, to both of your questions. This behavior occurs with all of the tabs on the top of the form.

I just noticed something... this behavior stops as soon as I resize the dialog window using my mouse. But if I close and
reopen the Options window, the problem is there again (until I resize the window again).

Options module with debugging messages.
Comment 10 Jiri Skrivanek 2008-08-01 09:21:39 UTC
Please, could you copy attached org-netbeans-modules-options-api.jar into netbeans/platform9/modules and send me console
output? There should be debugging messages printed out while you are switching between categories. Thank you in advance.

Thank you. I am still not able to find out what is wrong. Could you please try a different JDK?
Comment 13 Jiri Skrivanek 2008-08-08 13:46:43 UTC
It happens only with openJDK.
Comment 14 Jiri Skrivanek 2008-09-23 13:30:47 UTC
