On Solaris platform, invoke New PHP Project wizard, accept defaults and press Finish.
Result: exception comes.

At the same time, AirAlliance sample can be created fine.

Checked on Solaris x86, JDK 1.6.0_10. Same result.

Got the same exception in build 200807221016 on Windows Vista. 
Changed the OS from Solaris to All. Updated the Summary as well.
