Results of Accessibility test, window with title "New Project"

 No Accessible description :

I cannot find any pointed issue.

May be this was already fixed somehow before.

Please verify.
If not then please correct Summary because it contains many typos.
Please provide more details about dialog under question.
Please attach screenshot of dialog for sure.
