[ JDK VERSION : 1.6.0_05 ]

Started up NB and received this exception while loading.
In the splash screen appeared "Starting Modules"

Reproducible each time I first start NB, both from a clean
environment (without $HOME/.netbeans/dev) and importing settings from
6.1

I don't know if it is the same that Issue 140061 but I do have
Internet connection

BTW, Internet connection is correctly configured on NB, as it found the Groovy Refactoring update

This just appear the first time. From that point, I am unable to start NB (Issue 139937)
