According to the Permanent UI specification for NB IDE [1] there are following problems with 
*Suspend* menu item(s) in main menu of the NB IDE

1, the menu items isn't in IDE only in perm UI spec 

Please, follow the UI Review process [2] to get the changes approved or fix it

there is more missing items in the Run menu

1, Suspend    P
2, Resume    E
3, Suspend All Threads    H
4, Resume All Threads    S

Following item are not defined by perm ui spec but are in IDE
5, Pause    P
6, Continue    C

It's not necessary to have two P2 issues for this.
