The Comment element can only be resized bigger or smaller to hold 2 lines of text using "Resize Element to Contents"
menu option even though there are many lines of text three. This action should resize to bigger enough to show all text.

The same problem is there for the following elements.
From Activity Diagram:
- Parameter Usage
- Signal
- Invocation

Isn't it the same as in 6.1, if so, it's not a regression for Comment and Invocation.

This function worked for the Comment element in previous 6.5 builds. That's why regression. 
As for the other 3 activity diagram elements, I listed them there because the function doesn't work for them. If compare
to 6.1, this is a regression for these 3 elements since resize to element works for them in 6.1.
