At frequent but random intervals, if I close and reopen NB6.1 I find that NB has inserted the REST support hooks into
the files under nbproject, and also modified web.xml.  The result is the project no longer compiles or runs.  I've even
gone as far as to completely remove the REST support libraries but it makes no difference.

This is a serious issue because if there have other changes to web.xml or the files under nbproject I am forced to
manually de-merge all the REST junk from by environment.
