Userdir: /home/petr/.netbeans/dev-0702

Steps to reproduce:
- start ide with clean userdir
- invoke options > miscellaneous > file associations
- now, <Choose the extension> is selected in combo box and the "Remove" button is enabled. when you hit the button, the
first extension gets selected automatically. I thing that this makes not much sense and the "Remove" button should be
disabled until some user-created extension is selected in combo box.
