using psuedo localized nb using 14 pt font size
choose tools->diff and it allows choice of a file to compare to
the toolbar of the diff viewer has 2 buttons, one to swap and one
to export patch - part of the export patch button label does not show
fully, see gif

normally, with ide itself and not dialogs, user is expected to resize
the various main ide windows but in this case this does not help
thus it seems label is hardcoded size.

are there any other buttons in this area that might not be visible ?
