Java: 1.5.0_13; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.5.0_13-119
System: Mac OS X version 10.5.2 running on i386; MacRoman; en_US (nb)

-Install some plugin - e.g. Collaboration
-select in plugin manager some plugin and push Install button
-push Cancel button
-->>The java.security.AccessControlException exception appears in the console

Works correctly since JDK1.6
It has no impact on Plugin Manager functionality. I can change log level for this message in maximum.

It seems to be fixed recently in NetBeans 6.5
