Build: 080630

- Create a partition and a subpartition via Partitions -> Add Partition column to the rith
- Expand the partition to a bigger size
- Select the subpartition divider, and attempt to move the right
  I could easily move it it to the right
- Now attempt to move to the left,  it moves reaaally slow 
  
  Try to move the divider to the right and to the left, you will notice the big contrast

Same issue seen with subpartition created via Partitions -> Add Partition row to the bottom
In this case,  moving down the subpartition divider is much faster than moving up
