build 20080626

- download and unzip the attached NB 6.1 uml project
- open the unzipped project
- expand the Model node 
- open the sequence diagram
Result: The ConcurrentModificationException popped up and vertical scrollbar is frozen or not functional.

there are also other problems like the following. 
- the trackbar seems frozen too since right click on any car doesn't do anything.
- the window frame can not be resized.
- when maximize the ide window, the scrollbar was not repainted properly.
- after maximize and restore to original ide window size, the palette and properties window are not displayed with the
horizontal scrollbar flickering. The vertical scrollbar also is not displayed.
- etc.

After closing the diagram and reopening it missing many detail: 
- message and message numbers
- comment element
etc. 
See attached screenshot for the reopened diagram.

reopening the diagram also popped up NPE. See attached ide log file.

I'm not able to open the diagram, blocked by exception. smth was changed after iport bug fix, it was possible to open
all right after fix.
going to look into today-tomorrow.
