Java: 1.6.0_06; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 10.0-b22
System: Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86; MS932; ja_JP (nb)
font size 16

Steps:
1. Create WebApp with Hibernate support
2. Open hibernate.cfg.xml
3. Try to add the following: Collection Cache, Class Cache and Event

'Add' dialogs have dropdown lists with items not from pseudo localized bundle file.
I'm running in the Japan locale, using a pseudo localized Netbeans with font size 16 option.
Check also other messages please.

They should not be localized. Those are attribute values.

verified with 0629 trunk build using pseudo file 0629.
