The "Language Support Wizard", for creating Schliemann implementations, has the following two problems:

-- Title bar should be "New Language Support", currently it is "New File".
-- Help button should be enabled, currently it is disabled.

Please fix ASAP, this is a blocker for documentation.

Fixed in core-main. Help button is now enabled, there is no context help for the wizard yet. changeset 85838	a57b7239a2b5
