The popup menu invoked by right click on some tab in very inconsistent. Mostly it doesn`t allow to save changed file. If it allows to save file in does`t allow to close and clone wiew. Sometimes it
works fine. Dock into works fine everytime. There seems to be some Swing bug also, once visible menu doesn`t get off without clicking on some of its items (even after swithing to another wm workspace)

Reproduce:
Open Editor window, dock couple files into one Multi-tab View, do it again to have two Multi-tab Views and then try to switch between each other and click right button on tabs. Try to hide one window
by the other one and after unhiding it by clicking into code, click right button on currently active tab.
