Steps to reproduce:
- create a new uml project
- add package pkg1 to the model
- add class class1 to pkg1
- multiple select pkg1 and class1 -> cdfs -> class diagram
- notice the nested link is reversed in the diagram
- select class1 on the diagram and move it
- notice class1 is moved outside of pkg1 in the model

The problem can also be reproduced by simply dragging the package on the diagram followed by the class.  Then select the
class and move it.
