Description Jan Stola 2008-06-13 14:14:16 UTC
I find the behaviour of the new New Database Connection dialog very annoying. It forces me to fill the required fields
first. It is impossible to fill the data from top to bottom (or even in a random order) because the focus always jumps
into an empty required field.

For example attempt to create a new Derby (Network connection). When you open the dialog the focus is in User Name:
text-field (why?). Try to enter the User Name (where the focus resides) or the Port (which is the first empty field
from the top) - the focus will jump into Database field when you enter the first character.

Yes, bloody annoying. I have fixed the jumping problem in my tree and about to be pushed to the trunk, that's the worst
of it.

I'll fix the initial focus to be on the first field (which differs depending on the driver, but I am pretty sure I can
figure it out).
