Build: 080603

- Create a partition  (part1)in the activity diagram
- Add a partition column to the right via Partition menu option
- Rename the partition columns (x,y)
- Adjust the partition divider, resize the partition 
  (see before_partition screenshot)
- Save all files
- Close the activity diagram tab
- Reopen the activity diagram
  The 2 partition columns x & y are seperately displayed in the editor aside
  from the original partition
  (see after_partition screenshot)

it's not only devider, but partition loading is completly broken
after reloadoing partition size, all rows/colums are lost

was caused by corrupted creation of activity diagram
