After the Clazz module starts usin class reader, there's no point in 
disallowing .class file copying.
The module should also diagnose "health" of the .class in the project's 
context, so it can report misplacement etc nicely.

done in trunk, misplaced classes are reported by "red X" badge, class
structure is still available
