When the user wants to select plugin then it is necessary to click on the proper checkbox in the table. It is common to
be able to select it also by clicking (maybe better by doubleclicking) wherever on the rest of the proper line in the table.

I don't think it's common feature of table in the IDE, e.g. breakpoints window doesn't follow that way. More to the
contrary I think users can get confused if we would select plugins during browse plugins and clicking on some of them to
show its description. This RFE needs more UI consideration.

Talk to UI people to write a spec and then donate a patch.
