Website reverted to an older version on July 3. Internal CollabNet issues: SCS112, PCN4910. Support working on this.
This is back with the developer, who has scheduled time today to implement his fix.
There are approximately 132 files which could have been out of date as a consequence of stale data incorrectly used during the migration. Of those, 29 have been modified since the migration -- those 29 have been left alone (for now). Currently, links to individual mailing list messages in the 103 files which were reverted will not work. I'll work on resolving that (through the more general approach -- handling any link in to the old MHonArc archives) July 17th (PDT). If the changes just done have caused problems, please indicate so (I spot checked the files changed, and I couldn't find any obvious signs of new breakage) -- it is certainly possible to revert this operation as well, if it causes more problems than it solves. I'll attach files identifying the files which were reverted, and those which were left alone (though they may have stale data). The users who have touched these files include: jcatchpoole, rnovak, phamernik, and susank ... some of the files look like they've been cleaned up, and others probably haven't been. It's possible to automate the process of reverting, reapplying the changes since the migration (where this can be done without merge conflicts) and committing for these files -- but I'd rather avoid messing up files which are already in a good state.

Great; I have gone ahead and updated the non-reverted pages, and notified whoever changed them to check and re-apply their changes if required. Spot checks of the reverted pages look fine. navigation.wm is still out of date, but AFAIK there is only 1 link missing, I will go ahead and add it.
