System: Linux version 2.6.22-14-generic running on i386; UTF-8; en_US (nb)

IDE froze when I attempted to deploy an EJB to the GlassfishV2 server (the version for "identity"). Thread dump follows.
Please reassign the issue to appropriate module if necessary - I didn't know exactly where the problem was...

I'm not sure who is at fault here but deadlock occurs on org.netbeans.modules.java.source.usages.ClassPathRootsListener
so passing to Java guys for evaluation.

Milos, ClassPathProviderMerger is there too but I think it is innocent in this instance.
