build 20080526

- create a use case diagram
- DnD a use case or actor to the diagram
- select the actor or use case element
- drag the comment icon from the context palette to an empty diagram area
Result: NPE popped up and created link with arrow head pointing to no where in the diagram area. See attached screenshot
and ide log file for complete NPE stack trace.

Actually this is from other elements in other diagram types as well, eg, class element.
