Build: 080522

- Create an activity diagram
- DnD a partition to the editor
- Right click -> Partitions -> Add Partition column to the right
- Rename the name of the subpartitions
- Move the subpartition divider in the middle so that the 2 subpartitions are equally the same size
  (see screenshot 1)
- Save all and close activity diagram tab
- Invoke the activity diagram again

   Notice the divider is no longer in the middle,  but moved toward the left side
  (see screenshot 2)

it's not only devider, but partition loading is completly broken
after reloadoing partition size, all rows/colums are lost

was caused by corrupted creation of activity diagram
