Occasionally the test runner UI fails to update itself with test results even when tests have finished. It only 
displays "Running..". This seems to happen from time to time when invoking the test runner immediately after the IDE 
has started up.

This should be fixed now, there were several fixes in this area and haven't seen this anymore. If anyone still runs 
into this, please attach the log file here with the more detailed logging enabled.
