build 20080520

When I run functional tests from web.kit module, very often the first testcase begin ide freezes, so I has to restart it
over and over, till it passes.
Observed behavior:When exception is raised with creating ide, deadlock doesn't happen and vice versa.

I also saw it when I manually created web application immediately after I started IDE with empty userdir.
