It would be useful to add to the theneral options the option, that i should agree the IDE to really switch off.
Sometimes the user switch it off during some mistake and the he/she should wait for new switching on.

Startup time was decreased and user is warned if he tries to close IDE with modified files or running processes, so I
don't see compelling reason for this enhancement.
