build 20080513

The default location for combined fragment's constraint expressions are better placed on the left than in the center,
especially if the sequence diagram is large so no horizontal scrolling is needed to see the expressions. This also helps
if I have smaller ide window or drawing window so I do not need to do scrolling to see the big seq diagram generated by
re-op on operations. In NB 6.1, these expressions are placed on the left by default and I think that's more readable.
