for blueprints in past, since most of its translatable files were from other repository,
there was special process and special l10n kit for it.

But since move from cvs to hg, am guessing process needs to be redone or updated - 
its a work between Nitya on blueprints team and nb BE.

As a result, the files to translate are not in uc l10n kit for 6.1 and
also its not known if the special processes are still applicable for 6.1
and in any case, details are needed about them.
