Not sure if this is a problem with the Template Manager itself or the relevant bits from the SOA modules. I'm using NB 6.1 under Sun's JDK 1.6.0_02 on Windows XP. When I go into "Tools | Templates" I can see three separate folders named "SOA" in the Template Manager, one containing XSLT Service, one with SQL File and WSDL From Database, and one with BPEL Process and a second WSDL From Database entry. I see from http://www.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=121302 that the template ordering is defined in the module's layer, so I'm guessing the category is too. Further, I'm guessing the three sets of templates are from separate modules, but since they'll all related I'm surprised they aren't merged into a single folder (with 4 entries?) Is there a problem with the different modules' layers, such that the folders in each of them aren't considered to be the same location?

We need to fix it.
All SOA templates are separated into different folders so that don't show unrelated templates in a project (for example, don't show xslt documents in bpel project and vice versa). These folders have internal names SOA_BPEL, SOA_XSLT, SOA_SQL etc. but have the same display name "SOA". Template manager sorts the folders by internal name, not display names, and shows "SOA" three times.
