The default download page was directed to version 6.1, but version 6.0.1 is still useful now.
The download of version 6.0.1 was far slower than version 6.1 and the connection would be refused with 400.
Here are the logs of wget. The same problem always appeared for serveral times.

Thanks for the report.  I am not able to reproduce this - download works fine and is very fast for me.  It may have been
a temporary problem at the time of the 6.1 release - are you still seeing it today ?

It's still slow (12KB/s) and unstable, rather version 6.1 is fast (220KB/s).
It seems not a server-wide problem which I was afraid just.
I close this issue if no any other cares this.

I've asked the ISP to look into it - could you try wget -S for both 6.0.1 and 6.1, and paste the transcripts here ?  Thanks.

I didn't wait the following transcripts to complete.
I think it could show the different server routed and transferring speed as well.
