1) . is first in user's PATH
2) user starts IDE in a folder with compilers and make(/usr/bin)
3) Open tools/options/C/C++.
4) Add tool collection without make tool in it's base directory. 

Make Command for new collection is "/usr/bin/./make"

if make or compiler is missing in the current dir from which IDE were started then in Tools|Options|C\C++ window is
highlighted that such component is missed, but there is now validation panel started on building application. just build
failed in output tab...
