Description Lark Fitzgerald 2008-04-18 18:49:15 UTC
Product Version: NetBeans IDE 6.1 RC2 (Build 200804170002)
Java: 1.6.0_03; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.6.0_03-b05
System: Windows Vista version 6.0 running on x86; Cp1252; en_US (nb)
plugin: CB 98 2008-04-18_18-33-44.zip
Samples: Trunk 2008-04-18_02-01-55.zip

Steps:
1. Uninstall/install a fresh Netbeans RC2
2. Install FX & Samples from trunk (ide restarts)
3. Tools > Plugins > Installed Tab shows 3 FX entries:
JavaFX Kit
JavaFX Best Practices
JavaFX Weather Sample

The JavaFX 2D Tutorial is missing.
4. Close the plugin Manager
5. File > New Project > Samples > JavaFX shows the JavaFX 2D Tutorial

There is no way to uninstall it and move to the next version without the Module Manager plugin which does show the
sample tutorial as installed.

As far as I know only BestPractice and Weather samples we will provide for the M2.
Comment 3 Lark Fitzgerald 2008-04-22 14:31:29 UTC
If you accidentally install it (since its just part of the zip) you can not uninstall it because it does not show on
the list. Reguardless, I have lowered the priority.

I've added misk to cc list.

Nevermind, you are correct. This is a non-issue.
