1. Added Oracle DB.
2. Rightclick table with several millions records and choose "View Data".
3. In dialog about fetching next 200 records click "All" button.

Result: IDE doesn't hang, but after 1 hour I still can't work in it and have to kill process.

It is fixed in trunk.
