While looking at a thread dump attached to an unrelated issue, http://www.netbeans.org/nonav/issues/
showattachment.cgi/60068/thread_dump.txt (belongs to issue 131628), I noticed that there are two MySQL server refresh 
threads running. I guess this is not intentional and could be a source of some nasty bugs.

The refresh thread has been eliminated, so this issue is no longer valid.
