Is it intentional ? I would say using "Mobility" category would be more appropriate

Yes, this is easy to fix. I do not know, where are these build stored & created

These modules are manually prepared using helper Ant project called "modulewrapper" in closed CVS "mobility" repository
module "sandbox". But you can take them, fix, repackage and sign back without a problem.

BTW category "Sun Microsystems" was as designed. All SDKs were distributed through a standalone update center called
"SDK Catalog" where each category represented one SDK provider.
