[nb_dev](20010626), [jdk1.3.1](rc1)

Steps to reproduce:
- open frame, try to set some property
- change editor to FormConnection
- select User Code, and set some code, push OK
- try to set the same property again (FormConnection - editor)
- select Value 

Now you can see two carets at the same time, one in UserCode Pane and second in
TextField beside Value label.

Carets are not updated automatically, they must be managed 
explicitely. Also fix for 12857 rewritten appropriately.

Marian, could you please also VERIFY #12857 once again? Thanks.
