I'm trying to install the encoder stuff into Sierra M6 - I've downloaded the following .NBMs from
http://download.java.net/jbi/binaries/open-esb-full-install/nbm/latest/

com-sun-encoder.nbm
com-sun-encoder-custom.nbm
org-netbeans-modules-encoder-custom-aip.nbm
org-netbeans-modules-encoder-ui-basic.nbm
org-netbeans-modules-encoder-ui-tester.nbm

but although I can see some options under "Encoding" when I right-click the XSD, when I click on "Test..." I get a
fileNotFoundException for the XSD I'm trying to test against.
