Java: 1.6.0_10-beta; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 11.0-b11
System: Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86; Cp1252; en_US (nb)

When plugin category is gray in Installed tab of Plugin Manager then the context menu item Check Category must be
disabledbecause it is not possible to check it in fact. See the attached screenshot where the item Check Category "Base
IDE" is wrongly enabled.
