Reproduced with NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200803251204)

To reproduce the bug:
- create sequence on a BPEL diagram;
- select the sequence, open Property pane;
- try to delete the value of name property;
"The property Name is required and cannot be removed" the information dialog displays.

But that's not true.
