From #16c0336a6aae:

Not all children in Windows2/Modes/debugger/ marked with the position attribute: [RegistersTopComponent.wstcref], but
some are: [classes.wstcref, sources.wstcref, ....]

Egor fixed this and it the build went back to clean in http://deadlock.netbeans.org/hudson/job/trunk/1293/.
