Description Petr Dvorak 2008-03-19 18:35:59 UTC
Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200803190008)
Java: 1.6.0_04; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 10.0-b19
System: Linux version 2.6.24-12-generic running on i386; UTF-8; en_US (nb)

See screenshot. This problem first occurred in Ubuntu 8.04.

Once you close and reopen the menu, everything is OK, it is just P4, not an important one...

This looks to be JDK error, not Netbeans.
Can you please test on SwingSet2 demo in JDK (switch to GTK L&F first0 if error appears here as well. If it is
reproducible with SwingSet2 demo or on small test swing app, we then can submit bug to JDK...

Reporter, please add requested info, otherwise I'll be forced to close the issue ;-).
Comment 6 Petr Dvorak 2008-11-20 12:20:07 UTC
It cannot be reproduced in SwingSet2 as there are no keyboard shortcuts in the main menu... I also didn't manage to
reproduce it in my small demo application.

I observed it always happens with the "Run" menu (there is dynamic content, based on the name of project/file)...

Duplicate issue is submitted under Windows L&F...

JDK versions where this issue occurred is 1.6.0_04, 1.6.0_06 and 1.6.0_10...

too old, try with JDK 7 and reopen once it's still there
