Description Martin Grebac 2001-06-21 08:34:35 UTC
When I have to click into a deep structure of e.g.
src/org/netbeans/modules/....... I really would invite Expand action on a node
to have it expanded recursively.

This is openide/explorer issue.
Comment 8 David Simonek 2002-02-05 15:40:17 UTC
Needs UI opinion. Martin, I'm not sure what exactly you have in mind.
"expand recursively" means expand whole subtree up to leaves? Or
expand only empty folders (org->netbeans->modules->some_module) and
stop recursive processing when non-empty folder is reached. This looks
better for me, and hopefully easy to implement.

Comment 9 Martin Grebac 2002-02-05 16:07:46 UTC
Yes, the second option looks good for me, too.

Comment 11 Jiri Rechtacek 2002-02-08 10:08:22 UTC
For me the effort required is not adequate to the expected benefit of
this so I postponed it in future.
