Comment 2 Viktor Lapitski 2008-03-17 19:52:53 UTC
The very possible reason is that you have another dom4j
in C:\Programme\Java\jdk1.6.0_01\jre\lib\ext\dom4.jar
which conflicts with one bundled with UML plugin in Netbeans IDE.
Please check/confirm that without the above mentioned dom4j.jar
 the problem goes away.

>Occurs with official 6.x version also Beta. No problem with nightly build.

In recent builds the UML init was moved out of startup until teh point
of first entry into UML functionality. Calling any UML functionality
should produce the same error in your environment in the recent
builds as well.

There was a conflict with some libs. Only delete of dom4.jar those not resolved the problem completely. I have removed
JDK and reinstalled again.

not sure why exception report reopened this issue, but last report also have no much details.
alos looks like environment problem with duplicationg dom4j lib.
mtowers, can you provide more details, how to reproduce and if dom4j is somewhere in your jdk installation or added to
nb by you or another module?
