To reproduce:

1. Open the attached WSDL file in any project, say, a BPEL project.
2. Go to the source view
3. Press Ctrl-F and do a string search of "partns"
4. Press Enter

=> The search action modifies the WSDL file, a new namespace definition
"xmlns:ns0="java:com.yes.online_services.dataType"" is added to WSDL definitions.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
