I tried to build and run my Netbeans Platform 5.5 application on 6.1 (fresh checkout as of 2008-03-10 or 03-11), after I
made it to compile, it declined to run because it could not load Actions API and Text API and some of my modules due to
unavailability of org.netbeans.modules.editor.mimelookup (MIME Lookup API was added to the project libraries).
I had to do make it public in editor.mimelookup/nbproject/project.xml, see attached patch, and it fixed the problem.

The issue somehow dissolved for me with the recent builds
