Filed as a follow-up to issue 129420. Since the spec does not allow to reuse inline schemas in WSDL files, the tool
should make it easy to extract inline schemas to a separate file to allow them be reused. Ideally it would be an item in
the context menu, so that the process is one-click.

This would definitely be very useful when working with SQL projects which generate WSDLs with inline schemas.
