Using netbeans 0305163428, Import the attached projects and open the casa editor and select edit web service 
attributes and select client, you will see the security features are not available, Open the server configuration and 
select the security settings and say OK and reopen client configuration you can see the security features are now 
available.
The security features need to be available for the client independent of the server configuration especially when we 
invoke external webservice.

The attached zip file is not a CompApp project. Please attach the correct compapp project referred in the report. 
Without it, we will not be able to evaluate this issue for you.
