- create new module
- invoke new filetype wizard
- fill in all fields on panel #3, add icon.  Class name prefix textfield gets squisehed. see screenshot.

Looks fine under Ubuntu 1400x1050 with JDK 6. Probably preferred size does not take into account different fonts or
something. Anyway you need only make the dialog slightly taller.

Ok on XP. Given the severity, I don't think anyone will ever get to this one....
